What's Involved?
The teenage years are a time of transition and can be challenging for both teenagers and parents. Parentalk – The Teenage Years is all about helping mums and dads do the best job they can as they navigate these years with their teenager.
It’s a relaxed, informal course giving you the opportunity to talk about the day-to-day challenges you face, as well as sharing the things that are going well.

The Marriage Sessions are a flexible four-part resource that explores how a couple can build a strong relationship. Whether you are newlyweds or have been married for years, this is a fantastic opportunity for couples to invest in and enrich their marriage.
Book a babysitter and join us on a lovely date night, enjoying dessert, with an opportunity to watch the DVD session and discuss the following topics with your spouse at a private table.
